Why we started P1

P1 Roofing & Exteriors is a family-owned company, started after years of working across nearly every part of the roofing and construction industry. Between us that is 27 years of combined experience and more than 10,000 projects completed, covering installation and material delivery through inspections, quoting, scheduling, and project management.

That experience also showed us where the industry can do better. P1 was built to offer homeowners a different kind of experience: quality work without shortcuts, honest communication, dependable follow-through, and the accountability that comes with choosing a local business.
