We inspect the exterior and attic and document our findings with photos and video. This gives us a better understanding of your home than measurements alone, and helps identify concerns that may affect the scope of your project.
A clear scope before work begins
You receive a written scope outlining the recommended work and associated costs before you move forward. If deteriorated plywood is uncovered after existing roofing materials are removed, we document it, explain the additional work, and receive your approval before proceeding.
