We are a service area business covering the Tri-Cities area of Washington, including Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, and West Richland, as well as Spokane. P1 Roofing & Exteriors is licensed, bonded, and insured in Washington State. Our Washington contractor registration numbers are listed in the footer of this site.
Using this site
You may use this site to learn about our work and to contact us about a project. You agree not to use it to send unlawful, abusive, or misleading content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or to interfere with its operation.
Estimates and quotes
Information on this site, including any price ranges or financing examples, is general and is not an offer or a binding quote. Roofing, siding, window, and gutter work is priced on the specifics of the structure, the materials, the scope, and site access. A binding price exists only in a written estimate we provide after inspecting your property. Estimates are valid for the period stated on them, and material pricing can change.
Financing
Where we reference financing, approval, rates, and terms are set by the lender, not by us. We do not make credit decisions and we do not guarantee approval. The lender’s own terms and disclosures apply.
Text messages (SMS)
By providing your mobile number, you agree that we may contact you by text about your inspection, estimate, appointment, or project. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Phone calls and form submissions
We use lead tracking tools to record which marketing source produced a call or a form submission, and calls to our tracked numbers may be recorded or monitored for quality and training. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell us at the start of the call and we will note it.
Workmanship and warranty
We stand behind our installation work. The specific warranty terms, coverage period, and any manufacturer warranty on roofing, siding, windows, gutters, or coatings are set out in the written estimate or contract for your project. Manufacturer warranties are provided by the manufacturer and are subject to their own terms. Nothing on this website extends or replaces those terms.
Scheduling, access, and site conditions
Project timelines depend on material lead times, weather, permits, inspections, site readiness, and access. We will tell you promptly if a timeline changes. You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area, moving vehicles and loose property clear of the work, and disclosing known hazards or conditions that affect the work, including the location of septic systems, irrigation, and buried utilities.
Photographs of completed work
We may photograph completed work for our portfolio, website, and marketing. We do not publish customer names or street addresses with project photos. If you prefer we not photograph your project, tell us before work begins and we will not.
Intellectual property
The content on this site, including text, photographs, and our name and logo, belongs to P1 Roofing & Exteriors or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it without our written consent.
Third party links and services
This site links to and uses services operated by others, including Google and the tools we use to measure calls and form submissions. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
Disclaimer
This website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free, or that the general information on it applies to your particular property.
Limitation of liability

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any dispute relating to this website will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Benton County, Washington.
